I provide individual counselling and work closely with young children, adolescents and parents. I work from a solution focused perspective and use narrative therapy. With young children I adopt a strategy of play therapy. I work closely with individuals who are struggling with anxiety and or depression which may be impacting on their ability to function effectively in their day to day experiences.
I provide support to help build relationships between children and their parents as well as to provide guidance to parents regarding improving their relationships with their children.
Family therapy is a type of counseling (psychotherapy) that can help family members improve communication and resolve conflicts. Family therapy can be useful in any family situation that causes stress, grief, anger or conflict. In this context I am able to help you and your family understand one another better and learn coping skills to bring you closer together and assist in managing helping your family manage conflictual relationships in an improved manner.

I work effectively with individuals who require support in helping them become more effective when studying as well as helping individual's to manage their time more effectively, especially young people in the academic environment, to ensure improved results.
STRESS & TRAUMA
I provide a safe space for individuals who have experienced trauma in their lives. I support individuals who are grieving, who experienced violent trauma, who may be suffering from a possible terminal illness, etc. and who may require support to assist them in managing these experiences and the possible consequences of these experiences.
